2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to stock issues, pricing errors, or any legal restrictions.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are exclusive of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other secure methods. Refunds may take 10-15 business days to process.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines typically range from 3–9 business days. Delays may occur due to the remote location of our production unit. Tracking details will be provided post dispatch.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product. Return items must be unused and in original packaging. Cancellation requests are accepted only if the product has not been shipped.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, logos, and designs are the property of Ghee Vita International and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
